Making a website is really easy, if you have the right directions!
Read this tutorial and you will have a great website!

1: Every website needs a layout. You can get website layouts very easily. You can use the marasite layouts here, and from various other sites. You can also request marasite or website layouts if you have no idea how to make one. The prices might be a little pricy, so I would start with a free one and save up until you have enough money for a custom one!
Your website layout needs to include the following: A place for links, A place for text, A banner with your site name on it, and a nice size and color that will attract everyone. And last, but not least, you need to have some knowledge of HTML and how to work a layout. Such as how to add images, links, etc. You can find many beginner guides across the net.


2:Once you have a layout, you need content. Content is what is on each page. It can be layouts, graphics, or news. The content CANNOT be chatspeak, and must be able to read by all viewers. (English is best) Everything needs to be spelt correctly, because many mis-spelled words can be confused for other words. The text needs to be fun to read, and not long and boring. No one wants to read that. The content must be interesting to everyone, and must not offend anyone, and must follow all the rules of a normal site. You're graphics also need to be quality graphics that people would love to use. This is how you get viewers and visitors. And it's best if you're layouts are not use from templates or anything, because you have to add double credit. BUT, they are perfectly fine for a beginner. But you're content needs to relate and appeal to all users.


3:Once you have content, you need to get viewers/customers. It is very easy to do this. You can post one forum on the graphics topic every once in a while. You can use signatures for forums to advertise, or get support.
Support is when you give someone an affiliate and they give you theirs and you place it on your site, while yours is on theirs. Many viewers will then view your site.
You can also put credit on all things that you make, and they will know about your site. This is best, so that your things are not stolen. You can do many different things to get viewers, and what is also a good idea is post a board about you take requests and be sure to add your site URL on the post. Not only that, but talk about it on your profile, and link from your marasite! :D


4:You need to stay active with your site. No one wants to view a dead site that has not been updated in years. Keep adding new things when you have time, and keep letting people know about your site. This is one of the most important things. It keeps users interested, of course we all understand if you have to take a break, but people will eventually forget about your site and you need to put forth the effort of bringing it back up off of the ground. So, make sure to add new things, and work on your coding and graphic skills. Do everything you can for your site and the people who visit it!
